In Science, Year 3 have been learning about the different parts of a flower and their jobs. This week's science lesson involved dissecting either a real or a paper flower to try and spot some of the parts such as the anther, the filament, the style and the stigma.

In Year 4 we have been covering the topic of 'Extreme Earth'. We have completed some creative and descriptive writing. We are acting as geologist to find out about volcanoes, and then writing a leaflet of our findings. Children have been able to show off their creativity by creating the different layers of the Earth using play doh.
